Not at all. Springboard is designed for women at any career stage - from early career to senior leaders who want to reflect and refocus. What matters is that you're ready for change.
Can my employer pay for it?

Yes, absolutely. Many participants have their place funded by their employer as part of their learning and development budget. Get in touch and I can send you information to share with your HR or L&D team.
Is it available online or only in person?

Both. Open cohorts run online so you can join from anywhere in the UK. In-house programmes for organisations can be delivered in person, online, or as a hybrid - whatever works for your team.
How long does it take?

Springboard runs over approximately 3 months - 4 full-day workshops or 8 half-days. It's designed to fit around your life, not take it over.
What's the difference between Springboard and 1-to-1 coaching?

Background
15 years building something real.
I spent over 15 years in senior leadership within the Virgin brand - leading global teams, scaling digital capability, and delivering measurable growth, all while keeping people, inclusion, and wellbeing at the centre of every decision.
My work included early AI adoption and rollout of tools like Copilot and ChatGPT across my areas, partnering with Genesys, Salesforce and Oracle on AI-enabled digital solutions, and leading customer experience redesigns that improved satisfaction and efficiency simultaneously.
I managed global sales teams to deliver a 30% increase in sales - not by burning people out, but by developing them properly.

The whole story
More than a CV.
Gay female in leadership.
After coming out at 18 I always knew I was different from my friends. The weight of gay shame can erode a person's spirit over the years. My journey was challenging from the start - asked to leave school for a relationship, enduring judgment in university, conforming in early career interviews.
In 2017 I started doing the deep work of self-reflection. I embraced my true self. Two years later, Richard Branson awarded me Most Loved Leader of the Year. Having a coach helped me do the deep work - and that's why I do what I do now.
Being neurodiverse - and loving it.
I was tested for dyslexia in my 20s. A test showed I was in the top 87% for intelligence but the bottom 9% for short-term memory. Fast forward 10 years - flying high in a corporate career but struggling with switching tasks. And hey ho: ADHD too.
NASA and MI5 always have someone with ADHD and dyslexia on their teams. Because they know the value in seeing things differently. I love my brain. It's won me awards and it's part of me as a whole.
Mental health - shameless about it.
After struggling through university and relationships, I found myself in a spiral of shame and guilt. The world felt too big. I spent time training in India, Singapore, Dubai and South Africa - learning about the brain, discovering TED Talks, podcasts and audiobooks.
I take antidepressants. They're my life jacket, ensuring that when the seas get rough, I won't drown. I share this because not everyone knows what I know - and the more of us who talk about it, the easier it gets for everyone else.
